Abstract

This study aims to know is there any influence of leadership, compensation and work environment to employees performance at PT. TriasSena Bhakti. This study used the method to analyze causal all employees who worked at PT. TriasSena Bhakti. The number of samples used for testing were 50 respondents. The test used is multiple linear regression.Based on the testing that was done, the work environment does not have a significant effect on the performance of employees. While in the variable compensation of leadership and a significant influence on employee performance.
