Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style of servant, organizational culture, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Kamal Institute of Science and Technology, and to analyze the most dominant variables affecting employee performance at the Kamal Institute of Science and Technology. While the method of analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the leadership of the servant, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior positively influenced by the value of adjusted R2 548 and F test results. The significance value X1, X2, and X3 to Y is sebsar 0.007 <0.05 and F value 4.359> F Table 3.89 is 2.71 then it can be concluded there is a simultaneous simultaneous between the leadership of the servant, organizational culture and organizational performance at the Institute of Science and Technology Al Kamal
