Abstract
Aftersales service is one of the keys to a company's success, all forms of service provided to customers after customers have purchased a particular product or service. This includes activities responsible for repairing customer complaints. The customer complaint information system designed is an effort to provide convenience for customers in filing complaints and monitoring the status of their handling in real-time, as well as to increase efficiency in complaint management by the company. In designing this complaint service information system, the author uses the waterfall system development method. It is hoped that this information system can increase the effectiveness of PT. Nusantara Sakti Jakarta in improving the quality of customer service and building customer trust and loyalty to Honda motorcycle products and services.
