Abstract

Increasing transparency and efficiency in reporting student learning outcomes is a primary need in the modern educational environment. This research examines the development and implementation of a public information system for student learning outcomes at SMPIT Al Madany using a website-based application. This system is designed to facilitate access to academic information for students, parents and schools through an integrated platform. Research methods include system requirements analysis, interface design, implementation, and application performance evaluation. The result of this research is a website-based application that offers features such as daily grade monitoring, periodic learning results reports, and student performance analysis. This system aims to increase the transparency of academic information, speed up the reporting process, and facilitate communication between schools and parents. By implementing this system, it is hoped that the process of monitoring learning outcomes will become more efficient and accurate, and support better decision making in the educational process.
