Abstract

In the world of information technology, healthcare services are essential in the field of health. With the availability of such services, efforts to achieve optimal public health can be enhanced, improving access to services for the community, such as effective and productive queue management, leading to progress and prosperity. The implementation of information systems facilitates services, addresses complaints, and assists in providing broad-reaching services that are beneficial while also increasing the effectiveness of dealing with issues related to slow services due to the lack of computerization.
