Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Firm Growth, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Financial Performance. The population of this study consists of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2022–2024. A total of 7 companies were selected as the sample using purposive sampling. The data analysis methods employed in this study are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, with data processed using SPSS 26. The results of the study indicate that, simultaneously, Firm Growth, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a significant effect on Financial Performance. Meanwhile, partially, Firm Growth and Corporate Social Responsibility have a significant effect on Financial Performance, whereas Good Corporate Governance does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance.
