Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the corporate image of PT Insight Investments Management as viewed from the social, economic, and environmental sectors. This research is motivated by the increasing public demand for financial service companies to not only focus on profit generation but also contribute to sustainable development. The implementation of CSR is expected to enhance the company’s image and strengthen public trust. This study employs a quantitative method with a causal approach. The data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents related to PT Insight Investments Management. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of CSR on corporate image. The results show that the social, economic, and environmental sectors of CSR simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on corporate image. Partially, each CSR sector also has a positive and significant effect on corporate image. These findings indicate that the sustainable implementation of CSR can build a positive corporate image in the eyes of the public.
