Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, work environment, and workload on employee performance both simultaneously and partially at the Head Office of Perum BULOG. This research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 employees selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation, and were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results indicate that simultaneously leadership style, work environment, and workload have a significant effect on employee performance (F-value = 37.780 > F-table = 2.70; sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Partially, leadership style has a positive and significant effect (t-value = 3.299 > t-table = 1.985; sig = 0.001 < 0.05), work environment has a positive and significant effect (t-value = 5.184 > 1.985; sig = 0.000 < 0.05), while workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (t-value = -3.522 > 1.985; sig = 0.001 < 0.05). These findings suggest that improving leadership quality and work environment, as well as managing workload appropriately, can enhance employee performance.
