Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a direct the effect of Leadership (X1) and Communication (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) as an Intervening Variable at PT. Citra Resik Mutiara. The research methodology used is quantitative causal, the population used is 50 employees. The sample used uses a census sampling technique, namely all populations are sampled. The test tool used in this study uses path analysis using SPSS software version 25. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Leadership has a direct and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Communication has a direct and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Leadership has a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance, Communication has a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance. Leadership has a significant indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, and Communication has an indirect effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction
